Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop for free if coming from the EU. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. You have the right to return you order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.


If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so up to four hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service. This is possible during business hours (Mon to Fri from 9:00-17:00) or by calling +31 (0)20 659 1111. During the sale you can cancel your order up to one hour after placing it.

How to return an item from within the EU:

1. Register your return or exchange within EU

Register your return or exchange via the button above. You have 14 days to return your order.

2. Pack your items

Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received.

3. Send your package

Take your package to your preffered drop off point or wait for your pick up.

4. Refund or exchange

As soon as our distribution center receives your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund or, if exchanging, when your new item has been shipped.

How to return an item from outside the EU:

1. Register your return or exchange from outside EU

Register your return or exchange via the button above. You have 14 days to return your order. Also please print the invoice 3 times.

2. Pack your items

Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid box. Put one invoice inside the box and add one to the outside of the box.

3. Make a returnlabel

Take your packed return package to your preferred drop-off point and create a shipping label there. Please note that you will need to pay for the label. Also, provide one invoice to the shipping carrier.

4. Refund or exchange

As soon as our distribution center receives your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund or, if exchanging, when your new item has been shipped.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return option 1: refund

A refund is considered a "normal return." When registering your return, you can select the option for a refund in Returnista for your recent order.

 

Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 10 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. If you used store credit for your payment, the refunded amount will be returned to you as store credit.

Return option 2: exchange

If you like the item you received but the size isn't quite right, you have the option to exchange it. Exchanges are only possible for the exact same item and color but in a different size. If the desired size isn’t available when completing your exchange request, it means the product is out of stock in that size. In that case, you can choose another return option, such as store credit.

 

If you are able to select the size you want to exchange it for, you can send the parcel back to us. After our warehouse has unpacked your package within 10 working days, your exchange will be sent to you. You will also receive a new ordernumber and trackingcode to track your package.
