If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to our webshop for free if you are returning from within the EU. For returns from outside the EU, a return fee of €10,- applies.

We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service. You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1. Register your return using the button above. 

2. Follow the steps in our return portal to register your return.

3. Please include the printed order confirmation in your package along with the item(s) you wish to return.

4. Once your return has been registered, you will receive your return label by email. Remove old labels. Print the label and attach it securely to your parcel.

5. Drop off your parcel at a service point of your selected carrier and make sure to keep your proof of shipment.

6. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will do our best to process your refund as soon as possible via your original payment method. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
