RETURNS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop for free if coming from the EU. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service. You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so up to four hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service. This is possible during business hours (Mon to Fri from 9:00-17:00) or by calling +31 (0)20 659 1111. During the sale you can cancel your order up to one hour after placing it.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EU RETURNS
1. Register your return using the button above. You have 14 days to return your order.
2. Place the item(s) you want to return back in the original box, and include the order confirmation you received with your package.
3. Attach the return label over the original shipping label.
4. Drop off your package at your preferred location.
5. Once our distribution center receives your return, it will be processed within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
NON-EU RETURNS
1. Register your return using the button above. You have 14 days to return your order.
2. Please print the invoice three times.
3. Place the item(s) you would like to return in the original box or any other sturdy box.
4. Put one invoice inside the box and attach another one to the outside of the box.
5. If you purchased a return label via Returnista, please attach it over the original shipping label. If that wasn’t an option, create a return label at your preferred drop-off point. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the label.
6. Give your packed return to your preferred drop-off point. Make sure to provide the third invoice to the shipping carrier.
