If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop for free if coming from the EU. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.

1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.

2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose a reason for why you are returning them.

3. Pack your items. you can re-use the STUDIO AR packaging the order was sent in or any other solid box for the return.

4. Drop your package off at your nearest drop-off point or wait for your pick up.

5. As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive within 14 working days a refund.

Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those received after 14 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.
