Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop for free if coming from the EU. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. You have the right to return you order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
*Please note that exchanges are not possible. If you'd like a different size or color, simply place a new order for the desired item. We’ll refund the amount as soon as we process your return.
How to return an item from within the EU:
1. Register your return within EU
Register your return via the button above. You have 14 days to return your order.
2. Pack your items
Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received.
3. Send your package
Take your package to your preffered drop off point or wait for your pick up.
4. Refund
As soon as our distribution center receives your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
How to return an item from outside the EU:
1. Register your return from outside EU
Register your via the button above. You have 14 days to return your order. Also please print the invoice 3 times.
2. Pack your items
Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid box. Put one invoice inside the box and add one to the outside of the box.
3. Make a returnlabel
Take your packed return package to your preferred drop-off point and create a shipping label there. Please note that you will need to pay for the label. Also, provide one invoice to the shipping carrier.
4. Refund
As soon as our distribution center receives your return, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
