Orders
You can cancel your order within four hours of placing it by contacting our customer service as soon as possible. We’re available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) via mail or WhatsApp. Once your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please note: During sale periods, the cancellation window is reduced to one hour after placing your order.
You are able to change the size of your item by contacting our customer service as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, changing your size is no longer possible.
To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to place a new order.
We're sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. Send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@armastore.com with your order number and a picture of the fault. They’ll be more than happy to help you out.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by pci-dss as managed by the pci security standards council, which is a joint effort of brands like visa, mastercard and american express.

VAT/TAX is applied to all the product prices that are shown on the website.
At this moment we do not offer any tax refund on items purchased at armastore.com.

No, you can only apply one discount code per order.
No, discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale.
Shipping
For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, shipping can take up to 1 to 3 business days. For other countries, shipping can take up to 4 to 7 business days.
Yes, you can track your order shipment using the tracking number provided by the courier. If you have an ARMA account, you can also check your order status under ‘My Orders’ in your account.
We offer free shipping for all orders.
ARMA offers worldwide shipping; however, please note that we are unable to ship to certain countries. Please contact our customer service if you have questions.
Orders from our webshop are shipped with DHL Parcel within Europe. For shipments outside Europe, we use UPS.
All duty and TAX/VAT will be calculated and paid during checkout, so there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur after your order has left our distribution center.

Returns & refunds
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Please visit our returns page to start your return process.
Yes, sale items are eligible for return.
We aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 7-10 business days after your returned items are received at our headquarters.
For orders placed within the EU, returns are free of charge. For orders from outside the EU, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes, all ARMA products are made of real leather, suede, or shearling.
At ARMA, we use different types of leather qualities to create our collections. The leather we use is carefully selected, of the highest quality, and always a by-product of the food industry.
Leather is a natural product; therefore, the variations in shading on the hides give each item its own uniqueness. No two hides are identical. Unique individual markings may appear on the leather and should not be considered defects.

You can place your order as a guest; however, we recommend creating an account for a smoother and faster checkout experience.
Responsibility
ARMA partners with experienced and qualified manufacturers across various regions of the world. The majority of our products are made in Turkey, where our privately owned factory is located. This allows us to oversee the entire production process and ensure the well-being of our employees and the working conditions in the factory. Some production is also outsourced to manufacturers in Asia.
All partners in our supply chain are aligned with the Leather Working Group (LWG), an international organization dedicated to promoting environmental best practices in leather manufacturing. Next to that, we are also a proud member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), reinforcing our commitment to fair working conditions and ethical business practices throughout our supply chain.
As a modern leather house, ARMA creates the finer classics to last a lifetime. Our garments are timeless yet bold, quiet yet instantly recognizable and always designed with the wearer in mind. ARMA designs the pieces you can actually live your life in. At ARMA we encourage you to invest into timeless pieces that can be passed from one generation to the next, because we believe that leather gets better with age.
As we don’t believe in continuous newness, we carry an essential line, including items that remain consistent throughout. Based on the demand for these items, we replenish accordingly.
What makes our story unique is that we control two-thirds of our production process. In 2018, we opened our newly renovated production facilities in Turkey, giving us the agility and flexibility essential in today’s world. This direct oversight allows us to ensure consistency in quality, working conditions, and ethical standards across our manufacturing.
