SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, shipping can take up to 2 to 3 business days.
For other country's shipping can take up 5 to 7 business days.
- Yes, you can track the shipment of your order via email via the tracking number provided by the courier. If you haven't received this e-mail please check you spam before contacting our customer care team.
- If you have an ARMA account, you can find the status of your order under 'my orders' in your account.
- Yes, we offer free shipping to all countries!
- We ship our parcels with DHL or UPS.
- No, there should be no additional costs when you package arrives.
- During checkout, you can edit the delivery address before finalizing your order. Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the delivery address.
