An item is ‘out of stock’, when will it come back?
Our arma webshop offers a selection of products that are generally always in stock. However, due to high demand it may occur that certain products are sold out occasionally. If you would like to receive an e-mail notification when products come back in stock, please click on the item and the right size in the webshop and scroll down to ‘Notify Me’ and fill in your e-mail address.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
The e-mail confirmation that is send after you have placed your order might take a couple of minutes to show up in your e-mail box. You could try checking your spam inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your e-mail settings. If you haven’t received your confirmation e-mail after that, please get in contact with us.
Can I cancel my order after it is already been processed?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so up to four hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service. This is possible during business hours (Mon to Fri from 9:00-17:00) or by calling +31 (0)20 659 1111. During the sale you can cancel your order up to one hour after placing it.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
Click ‘’account’’ at the top right of the website, then click ‘’forgot password?’’. After entering the email address linked to your account, an email will be sent allowing you to re-set your password.
