Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the expansion of STUDIO AR in the Northern Germany region. You will support our sales team and play a key role in acquiring new business relationships and further strengthening existing partnerships. With your analytical approach, your passion for our brand and your proactive actions, you will increase sales and expand our market position. You are a well-organized, service-oriented personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude who acts confidently in a dynamic environment.
Ihre Aufgaben
• Maximizing revenue growth and sales figures in the Northern Germany Region.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Responsibility for achieving sales targets and excellent customer service.
• Monthly reporting of sales activities and results to management.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with the product team to ensure that collections are optimally adapted to the needs of our target groups.
• Responsibility for preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Ihr Profil
• Completed degree or comparable training in fashion, business or sales.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the premium segment.
• In-depth understanding of the German premium fashion market and wholesale channels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to successfully represent STUDIO AR both internally and externally.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Proactive "play-to-win" mentality and a strong instinct for the fashion retail industry.
